Phoenix Community Development Services

Our Work

The mission of Phoenix Community Development Services, "Changing perspectives and Providing solutions".  Phoenix CDS reflects our long history of supporting individuals that have limited resources and support systems, including those with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and other special needs. In addition to economic challenges, a disability often further impacts access to employment, adequate housing, and services to address specific needs.

Our primary goal is to provide our individuals and families a warm, safe place to live independently and away from the dangers of the streets. We work with them to achieve their life goals, make healthy life choices, find employment, build skills, and become stable, self-sufficient members of society.

Phoenix Community Development Services serves over 700 individuals annually with the following programs and services:

  • Supportive Housing Services
  • Community Support Services
  • The Homeless Outreach Program
  • Housing & Community Development Services
