Volunteer: Donation Drive PartnersFoster Village Peoria is looking for businesses, churches, and organizations that would like to partner with the local foster care community, by hosting a month-long donation drive. Our donation drive partners collect new items off our wishlist for a month. Our volunteers provide the box, amazon wishlist, flyers, everything needed! Our volunteers will even pick up the donations to bring back to Foster Village Peoria. Typically, we focus on one area per drive. For example: Diapers, Baby outfits, Diaper Cream. We are looking to add a few more grant committee members. Our grant committee meets 3 times a year (mostly remote) and reviews grant opportunities. Members will choose a couple grants to write and be responsible for their application process and report turn in. Must have strong writing skills, google sheets/ excel skills, and be willing to serve on this committee for up to two years.
