We are looking for volunteers for FamilyCore's Annual Golf Outing in Memory of Debbie Ryva on Wednesday, August 11, 2021! The event will be held at Pine Lakes Golf Club (25130 Schuck Rd, Washington, IL 61571). Volunteers would need to arrive by 10:30am and the event would end around 6-6:30pm. Shifts are available - please inquire. Volunteers could be indoors or outdoors depending on the volunteer position assigned. If you have any restrictions, please let us know in advance.
*Volunteer training required prior to event date*
Volunteer positions include but are not limited to:
- Event Set Up
- Golf Team Registration
- Wayfinding
- Selling raffle and 50/50 tickets
- Observing Hole-in-One green
- Selling beverages/snacks to golfers during golf play
- Indoor table set up/décor
- Handing out prizes, raffle baskets, and silent auction baskets once completed
- Clean up and pack cars
