Junior Achievement of Central Illinois is seeking volunteers for an exciting opportunity at Metamora Township High School in Metamora, Illinois on the following dates to assist students in exploring local career opportunities and options for their futures through the CareerSpark: You're Hired! Virtual career exploration platform, part of the JA Inspire Advanced learning experience. The volunteer would help students navigate the online career expo and is a 40 minute time commitment. Training will be provided.
This learning opportunity was developed to equip students with the knowledge and tools to identify their personal strengths, preferences, and interests to guide them through career exploration and assist them in defining a path to their future career goals before they enter the workforce. Volunteers will be available to assist students in accessing and exploring the virtual platform on their learning devices and answer any questions they may have along the way.
