URGENT - WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Next Tuesday, November 2nd and Wednesday, November 3rd volunteers are needed to help individuals in need fill out Christmas Assistance Forms and help stock our tables and racks with coats.
Volunteers will be stationed at tables and will walk individuals step-by-step through a basic assistance form. Volunteers will also direct individuals down the line to the coat distribution area, and will help to keep tables and racks stocked with coats.
*THIS SHIFT IS 9 AM - 11 AM ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2ND
COVID-19 Guidelines:
- All volunteers will be required to sign off on a COVID-19 Volunteer Screening Tool before beginning to volunteer.
- Volunteers are required to wear face masks during this volunteer activity
- Volunteers will be asked to practice social distancing when possible.
Location: Peoria Citadel, 2903 W. Nebraska Ave in Peoria.
Parking: There is a large lot located directly in front of the building.
Dress: Please dress modestly and comfortably with closed toe shoes. Please leave all valuables including purse locked in your car or at home.
Must be at least 18 years to complete this task, or accompanied by an adult. Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds to complete this task.
