Each year, The Salvation Army spreads Christmas cheer to those in need by hosting their Annual Toy Shop. To ensure that every child wakes up to presents under the tree on Christmas day, volunteers are needed!
Volunteers are needed to help sort toys, keep toys stocked to tables, help break down empty boxes, act as a personal shopper with parents, etc. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals and groups!
Toy Shop takes place at The Salvation Army's Corps Community Center on Nebraska Ave. in Peoria, IL on Wednesday, December 15th from 8:30 am - 6 p.m. Volunteers are asked to commit to 2 hour time shifts.
Please note: Volunteers will be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening tool form prior to their volunteer shift (form is attached for review).
