This year’s Angel Ball is quickly approaching and we are in need of volunteers to ensure that our donors, leaders and guests have a remarkable experience!
The event is taking place Saturday, November 9th at the Peoria Civic Center and Earth Wind & Fire will be this year’s entertainment. Angel Ball only comes around every 5/6 years so don’t miss your opportunity to be involved with this great event! This year is extra special as we honor the legacy of Sister Judith Ann and the memory of Sister Diane Marie.

More details are outlined in the link but a few quick things to note:
- Table Steward/StewardessTime: 5:00pm - 9:00 pm
- Main Role: Helping to ensure all guests have a 5-star experience by showing guests to tables and making sure tables have everything they need (i.e. extra wine, an extra fork if dropped, etc.) Note - Cracked Pepper/ Peoria Civic Center Staff will be handling actual food service.
- All volunteers will receive a meal and are welcome to stay for the Earth Wind and Fire performance. We are asking that all volunteers wear black. Ladies in gowns or dresses and men in suits or tuxes. We ask that all our volunteers have an "All In" mentality to ensure the flow and success of this event. Please note volunteers may be asked to do other roles not outlined above - our main goal is providing the best experience for our guests, helping wherever needed and being a source of information for the evening.
***Note: You are responsible for transportation and any food you may need. This event is not tied to Service on Saturday events and is intended to spread awareness about Peoria volunteering opportunities.
