Almost Home Kids at OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois

Children's Hospital of Illinois is a full-service pediatric hospital providing services that include medical, behavioral and cystic fibrosis. There are more than 115 pediatric specialists representing over 40 pediatric sub-specialties.

Almost Home Kids is a bridge from hospital to home which provides transitional care in a home-like setting for children up to 22 years of age with complex medical needs. Our children are most often dependent on medical technology such as ventilators, feeding tubes or central lines. We provide training and respite care for their families.
