Bradley Move In needs your help! Returning students can assist with first year move in and earn volunteer hours. Read on for more information about move in day!
The details:
Saturday, August 23 from 8am-4pm with 3 shifts to choose from:
Shift 1: 7:45-11:15am
Shift 2: 10:00am-1:30pm
Shift 3: 12:30pm-4pm.
Please note, shifts do overlap! You are responsible for being at your assigned location for the full duration of your shift. Should you not remain at your location or depart prior to the end of your shift, you may forfeit your hours.
You can register as an individual or one member of your organization can coordinate who is volunteering, and register as a team. Make sure if you sign up as an individual that your organization does not also sign you up with their team. You will be responsible for covering both assignments.
You'll get more details on expectations, checking in/out, and your building assignment closer to move in day.
Organizers reserve the right to change your shift time to best accommodate the changing traffic flow for the day.
**There is no rain date, move-in will happen rain or shine!**
