Event: Burt Mercier Claybird Classic – A clay shooting fundraiser that brings the community together for a fun day of sport while raising vital support for Easterseals Central Illinois
Where: Oakridge Sportsman’s Club, 1301 Weishaupt Rd., Mackinaw, IL
Date: Thursday, September 18
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (earlier ending time can be discussed if needed)
Volunteers Needed: 4–5
Tasks May Include:
Morning set-up assistance
Distributing player gifts
Raffle sales (on course and under the tent)
Helping with the “White Bird” clay game
Perks: Lunch and dinner provided for all volunteers!
