We are excited to invite you to volunteer for a special Halloween Trick or Treat event at Easterseals Central Illinois. It’s a wonderful opportunity to support our Easterseals friends of all abilities in a safe, inclusive, and accessible environment.
Event Details:
- Date: October 22, 2025
- Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Please arrive by 3:25 PM)
- Location: 507 E. Armstrong Ave., Peoria, IL 61603
- Volunteers Needed: We need up to 50 slots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Kids are welcome to volunteer with an adult.*
Feel free to join in the fun by dressing up if you'd like!
Treats and Suggestions:
While we should have plenty of treats to hand out, but we would love for you to bring some as well.
I would bring enough as you can but we enough for 250 might be great!
Please note:
- This is a nut-free event, as many of our friends have allergies or food sensitivities.
- Inclusive treats such as non-edible items are always appreciated. Ideas include stickers, pencils, fidgets, bubbles, or play dough. See attached.
- Hy-Vee is kindly providing snacks such as Goldfish, pudding cups, juice boxes, and allergy-friendly treats (nut-free, gluten-free, and organic).
Kindly let me know the number of volunteers you can provide along with their names by October 17th.
