Join us on Friday, June 7th at Venue Chisca in Peoria's Historic Warehouse District for Wines in the Warehouse District - the party of the summer to benefit Easterseals Central Illinois! The event kicks off at 6:00 PM with an exclusive VIP tasting experience at 5:30 PM. Don’t miss out on a fun evening of great local food, custom cigars, music, dancing, craft beer and, of course, wine!
Volunteers Needed:
4:30 - 6:30 PM: Vendor & Volunteer Parking: Assist with parking vehicles. Assist with parking in CAT lots A & B.
5:00 - 6:30 PM: Check-In Table: Check guests into event in VIP / Ballroom & Memphis Room.
5:30 - 7:30 PM: Table Bussers: Bus tables, remove all garbage from tables and throw away.
5:30 - 7:30 PM: Wine Pull: Handle money during Wine Pull.
6:00 - 8:00 PM: Bremer Jewelry Raffle: Sell raffle tickets in all event spaces.
6:00 - 8:00 PM: Vendor Runner: Check in with vendors and run things to them as needed. One vendor runner per room.
7:30 - 9:30 PM: Table Bussers: Bus tables, remove all garbage from tables and throw away.
7:30 - 9:30 PM: Silent Auction
7:30 -9:30 PM: Wine Pull: Handle money during Wine Pull.
9:30 - 11:00 PM: Table Bussers: Bus tables, remove all garbage from tables and throw away.
