Children’s Home Association of Illinois’ Scott’s Prairie location consists of over 70 acres of land on which we have a fishing pond, greenhouse, and various walking trails. This site is open to all staff and clients and is utilized for the recreational and therapeutic qualities Scott’s Prairie has to offer. We are in need of volunteers to help plant vegetables in the on-site greenhouse for this upcoming gardening season. The produce gets sent directly to our residential programs as well as our Kiefer and Academy for Autism schools.
