Harper's Happy Shooter- Golf Outing

On Course – Hole Games & Bar (maybe some additional and some listed may change)
Happy Long Drive: Players hit like the ball like Happy Gilmore. Pictures taken here.
Hula Hoop Challenge: Teams try to hit balls into hula-hoops on the fairway. If the ball stops inside a hula-hoop they are entered to win prizes
Chubs Putting Challenge: Try and make 2 putts with hockey stick putter. They can buy additional chances for $5 for two additional putts. All participants who make the putt will be given raffle tickets
Happy Land Bar & 50/50: Sell beer on course and 50/50 tickets.
Check-in/Sign-in
Registration: Checking the golfers in and collecting payment if they have not paid the entry fee of $150/player. Most golfer have paid already. Let them know their unique identification # to be used at other tables and for raffle tickets.
Hole Games: This year we will still have the 7 Hole Games included in the packages. We are using pre-bundled packages (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) again to keep things simple. We'll have at least one sign on the table with the list of Hole Games, their prizes, and the package details. Player list provided for tracking participants; cash/credit taken.
Player Gift: You'll be handing out 30oz Rtic tumblers.
Raffle Sales: Selling raffle tickets for our many raffle prizes. Lots of cool stuff. The pricing will be 20 - $20, 60 - $50, or 150 - $100. Cash/credit taken. We have assigned all players a unique identification # this year. Please record how many tickets each person purchases and let them know they can come back after round to pick up tickets. We use the unique identification # stamp to mark all raffle ticket and place them in an envelope with golfer’s name and unique identification #.
On Course for you:
On the course ,we will try to provide you a popup tent for shade (if you have one and can bring please let us know), a few beverage tickets, a golf cart (If additional carts are available), and we have other volunteer coordinators checking in periodically to provide water, restroom trips, and anything else you might require. You will be provided with a printout with the hole game rules upon arrival. The Hole Games will each have a sign, and a marker that the players will move themselves.
Please bring your own chair, outdoor speaker, and cell phone charger! Pine Lakes carts now come equipped with USB power charging jacks (If additional carts are available). Also, take note of the weather, prior to leaving your house that day so you are prepared for any possible elements.
