Easterseals Central IL is seeking multiple volunteers for an Outdoor Clayshoot.
Easterseals Central IL provides specialized pediatric therapy for children with developmental delays, disabilities and other special needs. Provides from this event go to benefit those services.
WHEN: Thursday Sept. 30 at the Oakridge Sportsman Club - 1301 County Rd 2900 E, Mackinaw, IL 61755
Roles are in shifts starting at 9:30am going until 5:00pm.
Roles Include:
- Set up ( the day before)
- Event Prep day of
- Volunteer Check In
- Parking Attendents
- Registration help
- Tent/ Table Captains ( hosting guests)
- Trappers- Helping to launch the clays for our participants
- Auction Runners
- Scoring
- Auction Checkout
- Live Auction Spotters
- On Course games
- Hospitality cart
