Help is needed to answer the phone and take vital information from homeowners who need mortgage assistance from Illinois' "Homeowner's Assistance Fund" managed locally by Metec. The volunteer will be responsible for taking the client's name, address, phone number, and email address so that a counselor can contact the client with an appointment time. One volunteer is needed per shift May 19, 23 - 26, 31.
