Backpack Peoria is a fun filled morning made to prepare students to go back to school well! Each student accompanied by an adult will have the opportunity to get a physical, dental exam, a hair cut, lunch, visit a non profit expo, and leave with a backpack loaded with school supplies!
Here is where you come in! We need your help to make these students feel loved and help them have a great experience getting ready to go back to school!
Please review the available sign ups and choose one that would be the best fit for you. The 8 o'clock shift is for encouragers; this role will help families navigate the building to move from stop to stop seamlessly! The 11:30 o'clock shift is for our tear down crew.
*All volunteers will need to fill out an application and background check before volunteering for the event. If you have not done this, please send the attached application to volunteers@dreamcenterpeoria.org. The $8 background check fee can be paid on Dream Center Peoria's donation page with a note of "background check fee." We can't wait to serve alongside you!
