Event volunteers are needed to help with the 2nd annual Plane Fun Day event, at Mt. Hawley Airport in Peoria, IL. Our 2022 event had 1,200 attendees and we expect 2023 to be a great event!
This family event will feature airplane rides, bounce houses, face painting children's activities, paper airplane contests, airplanes on display, and much more.
Volunteers will help with activities (monitoring bounce houses, assisting face painter & balloon artist, helping kids with games, etc), parking, passing out information, and monitoring airplanes on display.
All money raised supports LifeLine Pilots, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. LifeLine Pilots coordinates free air transportation, through volunteer pilots, for people with medical or humanitarian needs far from home.
